I See Ltd grants you the personal non-exclusive, non-transferable, non sub-licensable license to use the I See Labels App on a single mobile device at any one time. You might not make duplicates of the app and all titles, trademarks, and copyright and restricted rights notices are property of I See Ltd.

You can only use the app for your own purposes and cannot directly or though others market, license, distribute, transfer, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify or otherwise commercially exploit the app. You will not sell, lend, rent, give, assign, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or dispose of the app.

 Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, I See Labels specifications, Software source code, trade secrets, know-how, inventions (whether or not patentable), techniques, processes, programs, ideas, algorithms, schematics, testing procedures, Software design and architecture, internal documentation, design and function specifications, Software requirements, analysis and performance information, benchmarks, Software documents, and other non-public technical, business, Software, marketing, and financial information, and plans and data of I See Labels (collectively, the “Confidential Information”.  You agree that all Confidential Information is the confidential property of I See Labels, and, except with I See Labels’s written consent or as required (and then only to the extent required) by law, you agree to use any Confidential Information you obtain only as permitted by this Agreement, and not to disclose any Confidential Information to third parties.

The App (I See Labels) is licensed and not sold to you, therefore copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other proprietary rights remain property of I See Labels, and you do not acquire any rights, express or implied, in the Software, other than those specified in this Agreement. No title to or ownership of the Software, nor any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary right, is transferred to you under this Agreement. Any inappropriate use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of any content on this site is strictly prohibited, unless specifically authorised by I See Ltd.

You agree that we can, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our Resources with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the Resources we provide will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to remove or delete any information that you may have on file with us, including any account or login information. You will also cease use of the App and uninstall I See Labels from all of your devices. 

The I See Labels app is made available "as is" and that if an end user is not happy with the software or app, the licensor or provider is not responsible for improving the software or app to satisfy the end user. The use of I See Labels app is done under your own discretion and  I See Ltd does not take any responsibility for damage of third party software or hardware you use. The company does not take responsibility for any issues with the app as it might not be functional for a particular hardware  or environment. Such issues should be noticed during the trial period and no refunds will be due if your monthly subscription has not been cancelled before the end of the trial period.
